We set-up our first Keatons office in East London’s rapidly-changing area of Bow. With our close-knit team, we worked hard to build a company that both we and our clients could be proud of. We set about forming strong ties with our local community and fostering long-term relationships based on trust with our clients. 

Skip forward to today and we’ve added branches in Stratford, Hackney and Kentish Town. We now employ over 70 property experts, including some of the industry’s leading agents. We have a small fleet of Toyota IQs for property viewings – chosen both for their demure physical footprint and some of the lowest carbon emissions on the road. And as of this year, we’ll be working with thousands of properties and a combined value in excess of £1 billion.

Professional Photography - we now have our own in-house photography team! These dedicated shutterbugs create incredible images for our clients, making marketing collateral a rich and beautiful experience

Longer Opening Hours – we can now provide our customers with out-of-work-hours viewings and consultations, as well as weekend visits to make sure they get the properties they want

Local Talent  – many of our staff live local to the areas they work in, offering our clients their invaluable local knowledge and experience  

Personal Experts – because we know the value of trust, we’re now supported by a broad group of experts and are fully compliant with The Property Ombudsman, The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS), Safe Agent Fully Endorsed (SAFE),Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme
