  • My husband and I recently exchanged contracts on our new property!I have been corresponding with your agents at Keatons and I have to share just what a fantastic service they provided!I first dealt with Paul Robinson who was the agent who I corresponded with and who took us to view the property. We had three visits all in all, and everytime he greeted us with such courtesy and made every effort to book times that best suited us! He always showed up ahead of time and was very patient as we looked around! After we got our offer accepted, Rupert Verdi and Kerry Babbage took over our file. Both were extremely professional and responded to any queries almost instantly! Rupert was very clear and thorough with any queries or questions I had.My main contact was with Kerry and I have to take my hat off to her. Not only is she so professional, but unbelievably efficient in her follow up! This was our first experience in buying a property and she always took the time to explain the stages and elucidate any queries I had with patience and clarity! She really helped in moving things along but what I was most impressed with is her inter-personal skills. I didn't feel like I was talking to somebody who was just going through the motions of their job. She took the time to comfort me during stressful stages of the process, always had a kind word to say and always came back with results! She clearly works so hard and takes pride in every aspect of her job! I think she is a wonderful asset to Keatons and I can't sing her praises enough! I even emailed Kerry to share news of Exchange of Contracts as soon as my solicitors contacted me - even before I called my mum.As I mentioned, this was our first experience in buying our first home and your team at Keatons made it so it was a very smooth, exciting, easy and dare I say even enjoyable experience! We would like to thank you for that!

  • Thanks Amar. And thanks again for all of your help the last month with the hot water. It is still not completely sorted as we think that the Economy 7 is still tricking the switch at certain times, but it is much improved. We are waiting for someone to come round from our energy company and then hopefully we should get a clear answer from them. Either way thanks for helping us to move it on, as I said we were impressed with your efficiency and think that you are a huge credit to Keatons.

  • Sally Reid from the Kentish Town branch, was punctual, polite and efficient and appeared to be well informed of the market in my area. She was not pushy and answered questions in an understandable manner. As a result, I will certainly consider Keatons to represent me when I come to put my flat on the market.

  • I'm writing to let you know about the wonderful service and support I've received from Debby, Rupert and their team at the Mare Street branch who have recently sold my flat in Hackney. I now live in Scotland and have needed to trust the team to manage the sale without me, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I initially decided to sell my flat through Keatons because of Debby Blow. As you may know, there is a hugely competitive estate agent market in Hackney but Debby has an outstanding reputation locally. She was personally recommended by a friend whose property she recently sold. From first meeting it was obvious she was head and shoulders above anyone else working in the area: she completely understood my flat and why I loved it; understood the very particular dynamics of the Hackney market; and was simply extremely professional. I immediately understood I was in expert hands. This was reflected in the marketing of the flat which was sympathetic and energetic, and I received two offers within seven days, accepting the second. Debby has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish: her instincts are absolutely spot on and I've been hugely impressed at her advice, insight and professionalism throughout the whole process. Further, she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Even though my flat is tiny compared to most of the properties the team deal with, Debby appeared personally invested in my sale and genuinely cared about it: I was astonished and touched that she even phoned me at 8pm to congratulate me on the day of the exchange. Once the process was underway, Debby put me in the hands of her team and I was similarly impressed with all of them. In particular, Rupert Verdi has been amazing. He has worked extremely hard and beyond the call of duty: when it looked like the sale might fold because the survey appeared to show problems with some electrical works, Rupert organised an independent check by an electrician, accompanying him to the flat and reporting back to me. This very probably saved the sale. He even passed by the flat on his way home to read the meters for me! It has been hugely reassuring having him on the end of the phone. Selling a flat is a stressful process, and doing it from 500 miles away is a daunting prospect. Debby, Rupert and the team have made this so much easier than I had imagined. I am enormously grateful to them and I would very much appreciate it if you could pass on my thanks.

  • We worked with Mr Asif Patel while trying to find accommodation in London for a Greek undergraduate student. Asif was very helpful, kind and eager to offer solutions to meet the student's individual needs. Asif was also very flexible in his approach and always available to reach. We thank him greatly for his valuable assistance!

  • Asif is very professional and helpful throughout the entire process of securing a flat through Keatons. He always used to call and give me the correct updates because it has taken some time as the landlord is based in Hongkong. I have viewed this flat on March 14th and told that I like the flat and would like to move in on March 30th. He got the furniture arranged and other reference checks completed on time in-spite of the time differences (as the landlord is based in Hongkong) and was able to hand over the keys on the agreed date. I felt a bit scared because the landlord has taken a long time in finalizing the furniture that I have requested. But Asif has made this possible and I have got the house keys on the agreed date. I am really very happy with the services that I have got from Asif.It was really nice working with Asif and I wish that he works with all his customers in the same way. I wish him all the very best.
