Short let properties are a practical and economical alternative to hotel living. Offering you the convenience of a well located property furnished to a high standard, short lets are growing in popularity across our market – from studios to large family houses, allowing you to enjoy the seclusion of your own home without rigid check out times or arduous tenancy extensions.

The practicality of a short term let suits our landlords as well as our clients, from tourists and overseas company employees, to insurance claimants and film companies on location. Our landlords enjoy the rewards of letting their properties between longer term tenancies.
Guidance
Our short let consultants are specially trained to provide you with everything you need. Beginning with a comprehensive consultation based on your needs, we’ll advise you on everything from parking to local amenities. We manage our properties ourselves and have a long list of partners all over London ready to help us help you with anything you may need. This level of support remains throughout your tenancy with a dedicated Keatons consultant specifically for you.
No worries
You don't have to worry bills or furniture as it's all taken care of by us, for you. Your consultant will inform you of all the furniture and household appliances you can expect within your chosen property and advise you of any additional arrangements you may want to make such as internet or satellite/ cable. Your landlord will provide you with a phone line.
Planning
Given the fast moving nature of the London rental market we advise you not to start looking until at most 6 weeks before your proposed move in date, and all we’ll need from you to secure your property is:
- Rental for the full period in advance
- A deposit of 4 weeks rent
- An administration fee of £200+VAT
- Photo ID for the proposed occupant
Your landlord will pay for the check-out at the end of the tenancy but you will be responsible for the cost of the end of tenancy clean.
