Get your glitter on with Disco Yoga

 

Bored of doing the same old yoga poses? Now you can do them to disco classics at this energising and uplifting new fitness class.

 

Get glittered up at the ‘glitter station’ before you begin, and unwind with a superfood cocktail afterwards. Sounds like a riot to us!

Work out with the Armed Forces

 

British Military Fitness runs boot camp-style outdoor classes delivered by ex or serving members of the Armed Forces.

 

Sound hardcore? That’s because it is.

 

Each class consists of a mixture of cardio training, strength training, teamwork and high-intensity interval training.

 

They’re suitable for all abilities, with a bib system to differentiate between beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

Hula your heart out

 

Do you have fond memories of hula hooping as a child? Well, turns out it’s great for keeping fit too.

 

HulaFit classes promise improved strength, coordination, calorie-burning and an intense tummy-toning workout – not to mention loads of fun!

Learn how to be a Mexican wrestler

 

Yep, you read that right – at the London School of Lucha Libre, you can become a luchador.

Why work out in the gym when you could use that energy to make a difference?

 

GoodGym is a community of runners that combines keeping fit with doing good.

 

The idea is you stop off on your run to do physical tasks for community organisations, or help isolated older people with social visits or tasks they can’t do on their own. What a brilliant idea!

Clean up London’s waterways while you work out

 

With Active360’s Paddle & Pick campaigns you can do your bit for the environment while exercising and having fun.

Soar through the air on the flying trapeze

 

Have you always dreamed of learning to fly? With Gorilla Circus you can do the next best thing – swing through the air on the flying trapeze.

 

You’ll start by trying a trick on the low bar, then attempt it on the flying trapeze before getting caught by an instructor on a separate swinging bar.

 

Probably one of the most exhilarating London fitness classes out there!
