Tutelage Court, E3
Jaspar Group instructed Keatons to represent their prestigious development at Tutelage Court, Bow E3 in February 2016. An impressive Grade II Listed former school dwelling, was meticulously renovated by Jaspar and converted into 36 wonderful apartments. Every effort was made to restore and retain the buildings’ numerous original Edwardian features.
Keatons successfully launched the site, via an invitation only launch weekend, selling 50% of the units within the first few weeks. The remaining apartments were sold over the next six months.
Keatons have been absolutely fantastic in helping us sell all the units within Tutelage Court. This huge development site comprised of four landmark new build towers. Guinness Homes acquired the entire development and instructed Keatons to sell 50% of the apartments in each tower, as each phase completed and became ready to release to the market. Keatons worked closely with Guinness Homes to organise a series of launch weekends and devise various marketing strategies. Over the course of three years Keatons have successfully represented and sold every apartment that they were instructed on, that total now approaching 150 units, with just a few apartments remaining in the final phase release at Titanium Point – all soon to be sold!
We have received an excellent level of service from Keatons during the time we have worked together on the marketing and sale of our four new build tower blocks at Suttons Wharf, Tower Hamlets. To date they have sold approximately 140 apartments on our behalf, and the scheme is now more than 90% sold. Wick Lane Wharf, E3
The U & I Group PLC (formerly Development Securities and Cathedral Group) instructed Keatons to represent their development at 419 Wick Lane Wharf. The site was launched in two phases over a 24 month period, comprising of 112 two and three bedroom riverside live/work style apartments. Acting alongside another local agent, Keatons sold over 70% of the apartments, always being actively involved in marketing strategy and price scheduling as each phase was released.
We worked with Lars and his team from 2012 – 2016 on a large residential project in E3. Both the lettings and sales teams were hugely successful in maintaining momentum throughout the lifecycle of the project and their continued enthusiasm, energy and ‘roll your sleeves up and get the job done’ attitude prevailed, by continuously outperforming targets. Lars’ knowledge of the market and approach to strategy is impressive and above all he is the most reliable individual, always picking up the phone at any time of day.
