Past developments, now part of the landscape.

We’re behind some of the most notable new developments in East London. From contemporary buildings that rise from the ground to Grade II Listed hidden gems.

Tutelage Court – E3

A striking new development shaped on a Grade II Listed site. This particular spot in London’s Mile End can be traced back to the 19th century and was known for being used by former schools including the prestigious Cooper’s Company and Coborn School, one of the oldest in London. Former classrooms are now luxury apartments.

The four-wing development frames a formal parterre garden courtyard with 1930’s Art Deco details and original Edwardian features. After the ribbon was cut, we hosted a private launch weekend and sold 50% of the units within the first few weeks. The remaining apartments sold over the next six months.

“Keatons have been absolutely fantastic in helping us sell all the units within Tutelage Court. Lars and Jon have worked tirelessly to ensure most of the entire development was sold quickly and professionally with minimal fuss, stress and hassle. I would not hesitate to use Keatons again and look forward to working with them in the near future.”

Cadmium Square – E2

Taking in sweeping views of Canary Wharf, these impressive four new build towers stand on a vast site in a key location by the water. Guinness Homes acquired the entire development and asked us to sell 50% of the apartments in each tower in stages as they were released onto the market.

We worked alongside their team, mapping out marketing strategies and hosting a series of launch weekends. Over the three year launch period, we found buyers for every available apartment – a total of 150 units – leaving only a handful of exclusive apartments at Titanium Point to be sold in the final phase.

“We have received an excellent level of service from Keatons during the time we have worked together on the marketing and sale of our four new build tower blocks at Suttons Wharf, Tower Hamlets. To date, they have sold approximately 140 apartments on our behalf, and the scheme is now more than 90% sold. Their marketing advice and pricing strategies have been key in ensuring we obtain the maximum value for our properties. The whole team are always polite, friendly and professional to work with.”

Wick Lane Wharf – E3

Canal-side living in the heart of Hackney Wick. Overlooking the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the River Lea, the contemporary Wick Lane Wharf development consists of 112 magnificent two and three bedroom open apartments that were launched in two phases over a 24-month period.

The U&I Group PLC (formerly Development Securities and Cathedral Group) asked us to represent the development and act alongside another local agent. We were actively involved with the marketing and pricing strategy, and we were responsible for selling over 70% of the available apartments as they became available.

“We worked with Lars and his team from 2012–2016 on a large residential project in E3. Both the lettings and sales teams were hugely successful in maintaining momentum throughout the lifecycle of the project and their continued enthusiasm, energy and ‘roll your sleeves up and get the job done’ attitude prevailed, by continuously outperforming targets. Lars’ knowledge of the market and approach to strategy is impressive and above all he is the most reliable individual, always picking up the phone at any time of day. Their professional and measured approach was a pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend them highly enough.”
