At Keatons, an Office Coordinator will be expected to assist with our Sales and Lettings teams and Head Office, as well as oversee the reception area, meet and greet clients, update property databases and carry out various administrative duties.
Confidence and excellent communication and organisational skills are the main qualities that an Office Coordinator will be expected to have, as well as an interest in the property market. Previous experience in a similar role is not required.
The Keatons Lettings Department is recruiting new consultants to join its growing lettings teams which span across each of the six offices in East and North West London.
