Keatons believe in equal opportunities, so whether you’re a university graduate, straight out of secondary school or ready for a career change, we will welcome your application if we can see that you’re passionate about becoming an estate agent.
It is our job to ensure that you are equipped with the appropriate skills and knowledge needed in order to become the best estate agent you can.
You can expect numerous forms of training and development at Keatons, each designed to make sure you feel completely confident about your new role and excited to officially start work.
We train our new employees in a relatively relaxed and informal manner. This will usually involve getting to know the manager and the company, before then shadowing an agent during work to get an idea of the standards that we expect.
As the success of the company largely depends on the happiness and work ethic of its individual agents, Keatons really value the importance of training and development. In order to make the most out of the training we offer, we look for individuals who are extremely hard working, enthusiastic and full of potential.
We invest time and money in training and development to ensure that our employees can have the best start to their career.
